… So the christian who made this site was sooo idiotic that he actually said “silly God”.
From sillyallah.com/2007/10/fallacies-and-dishonesty.html :
Ad hominem and tu quoque
This is the most common fallacy used by Muslims . It is basically throwing away someone’s argument because of some issue with the person or person’s group. Usually, they switch the attack to Christianity or Judaism, comparing the Bible to the Koran, because they think I’m Christian or Jewish. Since I am an atheist, it doesn’t work.

QUOTE=mhamzah1;5670320]What I dont understand is why would you want to know about Islam from a Catholic.
This sub-section is for all NON-Catholic discussions.

This is the logical place for the memeber to post his/hers inquiry.

We have quite a few muslims on this board as well as many other faiths/demoninations.
After all you won’t study Physics from a Biology teacher, so why study about Islam from a Christian.
You can have you questions answered there, Insha’allah [if God wills]
🤷 I didn’t read any contributions to the inquiry from you being a muslim. I suppose if the OP wanted to read websites he/she could have used google. 🤷

Yes, there must have been a person by username 'Samaan". I dealt with im/her very well. that was for a short period in March. I do not keep too much track of things like that when a person suddenly disappears.

That person had evil aims about our religion. So there was no need to discuss with that person. It is a bad start. Why should I discuss with a person who is saying that Muhammad was visited by the Devil? The argument he had was a derived one from a Hadith about the first revelation that Muhammad received.

Muhammad described what he observed and felt. muhammad did not say that he was visited by the Devil. he said that he was visited by an angel. It was samaan who was deriving the bad meaning. There was no right to do that. Muhamamd or any Muslim never said that Muhammad was visited by the devil. So it was a devilish act to make wrong assumptions.

Besides, christians are useless, most of them here are awful bad. saying like Silly Allah is like saying Silly Jesus. But they do not understand. Then asking too much for a reference or about some scholar is foolish. Does it mean that if that scholar was never born, the thing (knowledge) would have remained hidden forever.

I see that there only a very few christians here on this board who are reasonable. All the rest belong to the devil, not to Jesus.**

Maybe sillyallah.com isn’t so silly.

The only times samaan used the word “devil” was,
  1. to deny that the Hadith of Bukhari says that “Mohammed was visited by the devil.” forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?p=4940136&highlight=devil#post4940136 Post #827; and,
  2. when he quoted Jesus (John 8:44) forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?p=4948118&highlight=devil#post4948118 Post #885.
You are the one who made the wrong assumption that samaan claimed Mohammed was visited by the devil.

Then you can show us your superior usefulness by explaining what you believe in. You said,
**…
There is a hell of a difference in the teachings of Jesus and the words of Paul.
**
So, what are the teachings of Jesus as you understand them? You have said in the past that the Bible had been corrupted by the introduction of ideas such as the Trinity and those of that dastardly Paul of Tarsus. … You have also said in prior posts that Jesus taught “many” good things. If that is true, and the Qur’an is to correct the “corruptions” of prior revelations, and you believe the Qur’an, where in the Qur’an are the “good teachings” of Jesus such as the Lord’s Prayer and the Sermon on the Mount? If those are “corruptions” also, what do Muslims consider the “good teachings” of Jesus?
**
Then asking too much for a reference or about some scholar is foolish. **
:rotfl: LMAO!
I guess that explains why you never cite references. Is asking you for a Qur’anic reference to Jesus’ teachings “foolish”?
**
Does it mean that if that scholar was never born, the thing (knowledge) would have remained hidden forever.
**
No. The odds are another scholar would think of it.
**
I see that there only a very few christians [sic] here on this board who are reasonable.
**
What do you mean by “reasonable”? Self-imposing dhimmitude?
