I believe God cannot lie nor can God be deceived. Why would the Quran incorrectly deny a trinity that never exists nor is ever believed in by True Catholic (Christians).
Ironically, we Catholics also reject the heretical trinity the Quran reveals. That does not mean that all Muslims should NOT deny or reject the True Trinity divinely revealed by God to our humanity. Because the Quran never denies the real and True blessed Trinity.
In short, Muslims reject the same trinity we Catholic’s reject, that is revealed from the Quran = Allah.

Modesty is of course something the Church does proclaim to be good and should be excerised by all the faithful.To cover oneself should be a law in religion but we see Christians do not obey that God’s law. This is misunderstanding of the Sacrament of Reconciliation, I’d encourage you to read up on the sacrament of Reconciliation from the Catholic perspective and see what it is meant to be. We believe only God can forgive sins.Only God can forgive sins. Who forgive sins in Churchs instead of God?

You are part of a different faith so you probably have not heard that ceremonial laws are not binding forever. Moral laws are definitely binding forever because they were created by God. The Apostle Paul created a ceremonial law in the Church which is not binding forever and can be changed with the prudent judgement of the Church.6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered.
