Islam's Plagiarized Christian Origins

I Have studied the origins of the Koran and many Islamic beliefs and doctrines and have come to the conclusion that Islam heavily plagiarized many Christian texts which I will systematically discuss exposing the Koran’s entirely human and plagiarized origins.
Even if there are Jewish and Christian influences on Islam (which I don’t think anyone would dispute), it seems to me it became a separate religion in its own right around the time that Mohammad declared himself to be the last of the prophets, or possibly, when the verses or the Qur’an were gathered together. I don’t see what is gained by relating it to various Christian heresies (although I know it’s an old line of reasoning, and Hilaire Beloc even wrote an entire book on the subject). It certainly doesn’t make Islam an inferior version of Christianity, since Islam categorically rejects Christ’s divinity. It can only be seen as a separate religion altogether.

I disagree , I think there s such a degree of appropriation that Islam really is a Christian heresy and I posted this info here to help catholic when they are confronted by Muslims. It is important to examine where the Koran came from when faced with the constant claim that it is the word of god well this evidence proves otherwise. islam rejects christ’s divinty due to the influence of other christian hereies

If anything the Jewish influence appears to be stronger: both share strong positions on the unity of God, prohibition of idols, sacred law, dietary rules and the emphasis on orthopraxy over orthodoxy. The Qur’an is certainly more interested in Jews than in Christians.

Christians don’t believe the Qur’an is the word of God, period. We have our own scriptures. I don’t see why we need additional “proof” when we already have the teachings of our own religion.

I see Muslim rejection of Christ’s divinity as relating to their doctrine of tawhid, or unity, which seems more Jewish than Christian (though there may be some link there with heretical Christians; I don’t want to discount your thesis entirely, just to point out that 1 - it doesn’t really matter what the origins of Islam are if you understand that some religions start as the heresies of other religions (Christianity comes to mind) and that’s perfectly natural; it doesn’t mean that the “end product” is any less an autonomous religion
2- the earliest Muslims including Mohammad were born pagans, not Christians and 3 - the Jewish influence on Islam is so strong that it appears more to be an Arabic attempt to “do” Judaism rather than a heretical Christianity gone awry. In my humble opinion.)

well I would think that for Islam to gain the support as the last revelation from God as it declares, it certainly needs to assemble many revelations before and try to look as if it is as complete as possible. Muslim’s claim for Islam is that it’s supposed to be the complete teaching that replaces any incomplete teaching they think there was before. That’s why they have put as many element as possible, more like concoction to me.

Again, this is just IMHO
