Issuance of a reincarnated

I really don’t know what to make of it.

I got the translation of the French wording:

"a testament reincarnated and is issued by the prophet Soffo father. which states "when we touch a member of a mystical order, circle, force of darkness, it is the whole system that is shaken "

When looking up the Prophet Soffo, he seems to be ministering in the name of Christ to the people of Cameroon. But I don’t know, what I read sounds strange, but maybe it’s just because I’m not from there and don’t know what’s happening. (from what I can make out, it’s not about reincarnation–which our faith doesn’t believe in.)

What do you think of it? Do you have specific questions?

It seems to be personal revelation, of which we must be extremely cautious.
I think I’d be skeptical…it’s safer that way. Just follow the scripture and what the church teaches…that is best.
 
“Reincarnation evidence to deliver the propher, Fr. Soffo, who swore as soon as we touch a member of a mystic order circle, the energy (force) of darkness, that which is in all the system is shaken”, yeah, I have no idea what this is talking about
