Issues with pre pregnancy check up

Thanks everyone. I am already abstaining from the above things because I am showing early signs of pregnancy and me and the Doc want to be sure that I am not doing anything that I can of course avoid doing. Plus its also good practice for later in the pregnancy anyway. Thanks again!
