Satanists aren’t monolithic in what they believe. In my limited experience in college with a few, they don’t even believe in Satan as a person, much less Christ. Many of them see “Satan” as a philosophical idea, not an entity.

Maybe they’re Unitarian Satanists??

I remember that Jimmy Swaggart would meet more satanists in the course of a Saturday afternoon than most people ever met in a lifetime. I, personally, have never met a true satanists but I have met plenty of people who by choice do not believe in God or simply refuse to do their duty toward Him. I imagine that the ratio of true satanists to apostate theists is very high.
