It is now 15 degrees below zero in Chicago.

Yesterday, I waited my turn to get a monthly check from my town to assist me while I wait for a small chance to get diability from my wonderful country that throws money at the invading foreigner.

I also paid to get a look at a law that is now being enforced in my town that basically ignores if people even have a right to be here. The town will give aid and comfort to the invaders while ignoring the loyal US citizens and their pleas for help from the police.

The law is the most outrageous thing I have ever read because it makes 2 organizations, the Interfaith Leadership Project and Latino Union, the policing groups of the local police.

Those 2 groups have received money from the Archdiocese of Chicago through the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. The Interfaith Leadership Project lists its address as being in the offices of a local Catholic Church.

These 2 organizations promote an “take over America” policy and help only one racial group. Guess which one it is. They behave as if only that group is in need even though every statistic shows otherwise.

The group they represent makes up only 6% of the homeless in Chicago so why would the Catholic Church be giving the majority of those CCHD funds to that group?

Is that justice?

Is that what you want for the future of America?

I do not attack the religion of Catholicism. I do not attack the Catholic Church. I am trying to expose a wrong that the Catholic Church of America is involved in. I am showing you an outrage that will be visited on the future of America, your children and their futures.

The people who payed the price for your freedoms are watching what you do. What do you say to them?

If you addressed this to me, I have no problems with a “share the wealth” philosophy. If that was a policy in this country, I would be well taken care of, but it isn’t so the poor must fight for their share of the little available.

My point of this post is to show people the unfair practices and funding of the groups I mentioned and the unwise distribution of Catholic funds by the Archdiocese of Chicago that has been going on for many years.

Yes, Karen. And he should take it up with his local elected officials if he doesn’t agree. Last I knew, we were a democracy. Imagine that? Going through the lawful channels to express a grievance. Novel idea, isn’t it?

Have you taken this issue to the local Churches? to the Bishop? to the Archbishop? If you have, you have made an appointment with God’s representatives on earth.

Have you talked to your locally elected officials? What was their response? Were they helpful? If you have, then you have spoken to the rightfully elected leaders, elected by you and those in your community.

If you haven’t done these things or if you have and were not satisfied with the results then I would suggest something to you:

1. Organize a grass-roots campaign to end the so-called injustices you see happening. Get funding for said campaign.
2. Organize a political action committee to lobby for your concerns
3. Run for political office
4. Just to **** off the people you don’t like: start your own homeless shelter and only admit white, born and bred American people. That should make you feel better about yourself.

The only other options you have are violent means that would identify you as a terrorist, land you in prison for the rest of your life and probably get you killed.

Other than this, I don’t know what to tell ya.

Common sense would tell you to talk to the Bishop of that area.

And for the record, we have homeless shelters in the capital city of Iowa, the biggest one being Christian. This Christian one is wonderful and accepts addicts as well as families. Most of them are white men, aged 30-60.

But no matter what - anyone is accepted. They are loved and cared for, whether they are Christian, white, black, hispanic or whatever God has made them to be. And we do have a black and latino community in our big city.

Hmmm…so that is a bit under the 6% quoted for Chicago (which is a really low figure in my opinion). Why aren’t there more Latinos in the shelters? Oh, that’s right. They’re out working and supporting their families, paying sales and property taxes and attending mass.

Oh yeah, I know where you are. I’ve been to McMinnville many times - never ventured outside it. I miss Tennessee a lot, especially during the winter All my family still lives there. I don’t get to visit very often.

Actually it’s even more south, McMinnville is quite a few miles away. It’s Mc Minn County. I live in Etowah, but my mailing address is Athens.
