if the catholic church has already interpreted the bible where do find i find it? is it contained in a book?.

The Catholic Church has not produced a book outlining the interpretation of every passage of scripture.
There is no such book.
If you read the Caetchism of the Catholic Church, it outlines the Catholic faith.

You have to remember, the Catholic Church posessed the faith before she posessed the bible. The Church did not need to wait to receive the bible and then interpret it to learn the truths of the faith, for she had them from the beginning. As Luke wrote, " it seemed good to me…to write an orderly account for you…that you may know the truth concerning the things of which you have been informed."

I actually think your question is a good one which brings up a point which I think deserves some more attention.
As said previously, the Catholic Church does not supply the Faithful with an interpretive book for Sacred Scripture. Instead, she serves the Faithful as an interpretive body. Unlike a book, a body is active and responsive. This is not to say that the Truths contained in Scripture change in a relativistic way, but merely that the Church recognizes the dynamic and multi-faceted aspects of Sacred Scripture.
I find it particularly interesting that the “legalistic” Catholic Church would allow so much latitude in Scriptural interpretation, while many other non-Catholic Christians would insist that, say, Matthew 16 could only be interpreted in one way.
In your faith journey, have you noticed your perspective of Scripture becoming broader or more narrow?

I think the best way to explain Catholics and the Bible would be this quote:

There are some passages that the Church has defined such as John 6, which clearly speaks of the REAL Presence in the Eucharist (Holy Communion). Other, passages have not been clearly define, therefore the Catholic Faithful are free to take what they want from it as long as it does NOT contradict Catholic Teaching. One of the best ways to see how the Catholic Church views Scripture is to read the CCC (Catechism of the Catholic Church). The CCC has OVER 1000 citations/footnotes to Scripture. I started to count them, but got tired of counting.

Another book on the topic of the Bible–its origins and the Church’s understanding of it is Where We Got the Bible: Our Debt to the Catholic Church by Fr. Henry G. Graham, who was a convert from the Church of Scotland.
