Don’t get too excited…we are in the process of implimenting a change to the names and levels for that as well. :whistle:

WOW!!! I AM SO GLAD THE FORUMS ARE BACK!!!

I have been religiously checking everyday only to be disappointed by that “forums down for maintenance” message! When I checked today and saw the screen come up, I jumped out of my chair and threw my hands in the air!!! And then I felt so ridiculous for acting that way over an internet forum!!! I looked around to see if anyone saw me do that!!! :rolleyes:

I’ve also been lurking at other forums (some of them have been mentioned) and I’ve seen all the familiar names posted there as well. I guess everyone was having withdrawal and needed to posting something somewhere! Those other forums just do not compare to CA - they’re boring and some do nothing but name calling.

You just don’t realize what you have until it’s gone!

CA - I know y’all have worked so hard and we are so happy that you’re back. Thank You!!! 👍
 
Welcome back everyone and good work CA! I hope that everyone took the opportunity with the extra time they had during this extended shut down to pray more!

Well, a few minutes ago, when I tried to come bakc on, the forums were down again, and now they are back up. What is going on here?:confused:
 
I had the same problem. They may still be working on some of the connections or adding additional servers. Pray and be patient.
 
I went through some serious withdrawal symptoms while Catholic Answers Forums was gone. You know, delirium tremens and all that 😃

I’m very happy it’s back! I had to register again (and I was all the way up to 12 posts). I did listen to a bunch of CD’s from John Montignoni and Dr. Scott Hahn while the forum was down. That helped to tide me over; and taught me a lot!

I needed to make a correction, it is John Martignoni. Sorry for the spelling error. His downloads are great!

I didn’t even notice CAF was down until last week (it’s been a very busy month). The bad part was that in this last week things have calmed down and I finally had time to come back and post again. It was a bit frustrating when every day I got the same message - I began to wonder if it would ever come back :eek:

And I’ll admit, there were a few days when I clicked refesh several times…I also thought about haunting another board, but never really got around to doing a search for them. I knew they wouldn’t be a nice. It sure is nice to have CAF back 👍
