Read psalm 90.thanks,i think so too. seems the apostles AND Jesus thought it would be soon.
not 2000 years.
itullian and katekimmer sound like twins?troll
Well, since Nietzsche was an atheist, I don’t think even he would have called himself a prophet of God.No there are other prophets of God- even in our own benighted age.
Mohammed
Francis of Assisi
Rumi
John of the Cross
Schopenhauer
Nietzsche
Sartre
Camus
Cioran
Derrida
Glenn Danzig
Bono from U2
Look around you…It’s happening all the time
That’s your opinion. I expressed mine as I seen it.What you call “stirring the Pot” I call compassion.
As I said…One more thing, some people don’t always have a great experience on their catholic journey.
In fact, many struggle.
But I suppose THAT is stirring the pot 2.
I think the OP raises a valid, LEGITIMATE question!
I wasn’t there so I wouldn’t know. Neither would you or anybody else.thanks,i think so too. seems the apostles AND Jesus thought it would be soon.
not 2000 years.
Yup.troll
Good question. I don’t think the OP knows nor will he ever be satisfied with our answers. What more do you need.
Yeah. What’s more is this thread is starting to sound more like a “gang war” of opinions rather than someone crying out for help. I’m through with this thread. It’s becoming SOP like so many other threads.itullian and katekimmer sound like twins?
Oh, and you ignored my last post as well. Next time you reply to any of us could you please show a bit more interest, effort and engagement in the topic you so genuinely started. Being a former Catholic who, oh so badly wants his faith in God restored back again, I expect better replies than your usual “yes, i’m really searching, pleading…i want Him to reach back for me…please”. Otherwise, stop wasting our time, your cover is blown. There have been countless saints, who have performed many wonders, and miracles throughout Catholic history. I find it hard to believe how a “Catholic” could utter what you just said. I’ve seen most of the threads you’ve made on your profile and your either a troll or an uncatechized Catholic who knows nearly zilch about his faith. Take a look at church history and you’ll know our Church has been guided by Christ.
Funny, I was thinking the same thing about YOU.Yup.
That’s a *tu quoque *fallacy if I have ever seen one.Funny, I was thinking the same thing about YOU.
that is just my opinion as I see it.
