Been thinking about you. Hope you’re doing okay.

:hug1:
Awwww…thanks! My 10yr son joined the church at Easter Vigil. My in-laws flew in, and are his Godparents. He was baptized, confirmed and received his first communion. It was an amazing service! I still can’t believe it was actually 3 hours long because it seemed like time just flew past. I can’t wait until my annulment paperwork is finished and I can join too!

I hope you had a wonderful experience, too. Especially since you had to wait so long!

Ya! So happy for you guys. :extrahappy::extrahappy::extrahappy:

I know what you mean about the service flying by. We had FORTY people join our church and yet the service didn’t seem to last long. Communion was amazing and well worth the wait. I truly, truly feel like it was absolutely the right time, not a moment too soon. I was not ready before. Words cannot describe.

I can’t wait to hear about your experience, whether at Easter Vigil or if you are brought in outside of Easter. You will be moved and changed. I promise. :hug1:

I hope Saturday refreshed you and bolstered you. Sometimes we just need that. Enjoy this time. Go to mystagogy sessions for post-RCIA candidates/catechists (neophytes) if the core team allows. I was going to anyway before I got my “stay of execution call from the governor.”

Just kick back and enjoy. Do some Bible study. Volunteer at the parish nursery. When you finally get to say “I’m a Catholic” you’ll get choked up (I’m am just typing it.). Spend this time helping your little guy get acclimated and focusing on him. 👍

Again, congratulations and keep me posted!!! :hug1:
