Petition to the KANSAS SUPREME COURT in Topeka, Kansas, concerning State of Kansas vs. Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood, criminal case number 07CR2701:
http://operationrescue.org/images/pppetition.jpg
We the undersigned are concerned about the health and safety of pregnant women and their pre-born babies and with the proper and timely enforcement of laws enacted by the State of Kansas related to the business and practice of abortion.
We have serious concerns that the excessive delay in moving forward with the prosecution of Criminal Case Number 07CR2701 involving 107 criminal charges related to the commission of unlawful abortions filed in Johnson County, Kansas, on October 17, 2007, against Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood has created a situation that has placed at risk the health and safety of women and their viable babies that the laws of Kansas have been enacted to protect.
We are concerned that efforts to begin prosecution of Planned Parenthood actually began in 2004 and, six years later, have yet to be resolved.
We understand that a judge has found probable cause to believe that Planned Parenthood violated the law, precipitating the filing of the 107 count complaint consisting of the following:
• 23 felony counts of Making a False Information
• 26 misdemeanor counts of Unlawful Failure to Maintain Record
• 29 misdemeanor counts of Unlawful Failure to Determine Viability for a Late-Term Abortion
• 29 misdemeanor counts of Unlawful Late-Term Abortion
HERE is why it’s needed

Any other organization is required by LAW to report cases of sexual abuse, especially in minors. Planned Parenthood gives abortions to preteen and teenage girls without notifying their parents or the police. This has resulted in several cases where girls have been raped/molested for YEARS in serial abortions before the rapist was finally caught.

Why should Planned Parenthood be above the law?

Because Obama, Hillary, Rohm Emanuel, and Eric Holder support Planned Parenthood.
It’s another ACORN. Millions of taxpayer dollars are missing too.
Corruption at many levels.

uh… no. The problems described happened before the current presidential administration. You would be better justified in blaming the Bush administration, since the problems happened during his presidency. But that would be just as erroneous.
Millions of taxpayer dollars are missing too.
There is no proof of that. The leader of a pro-life group recently had an editorial published in the Washington Times saying she didn’t understand why the numbers in a GAO report and the numbers in the Planned Parenthood annual report differed. But she offered no evidence of any financial wrong doing.

I know a thing or two about this, being a Kansas resident myself. This state is a hot zone for abortion. According to The Leaven, the newspaper of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, Nebraska and Missouri have tightened their pro-life laws, causing many abortionists to flee to Kansas, including the infamous Leroy Carhart.
