I have discovered that I have cycle of sin, I sin sexually every Monday morning. Does anyone have any tips and advice of how to break this habit?

At thought-level. Cut the thoughts out. And too, pray about it, especially the Rosary. You could also pray before you sleep, that the next day you wish not to sin in the same way, and ask for help in this. There is also prayerful silence, that one can adopt (normally before prayer), where you can pray: “Come Holy Spirit”. Give time for this. The other thing is to pray some deliverance prayers in the house.

In all seriousness, figure out what it is about Monday morning and your routine that day that makes you more likely to fall. But also realize that the idea of “being in a cycle of sin” might not be helpful. You don’t have to sin if you don’t choose to. Thinking of it as a cycle of sin might be unnecessarily pathologizing the issue, which could only make it harder for you to deal with it.
As always, talk to a priest and a mental health professional.

Here’s a solution that works for me (although I don’t share your Monday “problem”). Go to weekly confession, especially on Saturday. When I started doing that, I was amazed how fast, temptation didn’t seem so enticing. Might work for you???

It sounds more like you’re making excuses for a bad habit.
Also great advice. And remove the sources of temptation that are bothering you.
