To the CC only was given the Word of God and Revelation. Outside the Church, the Bible cannot be enterpreted or understood.

The catechism in para 819 "Furthermore, many elements of sanctification and of truth are found outside the visible confines of the Catholic Church: “the written Word of God; the life of grace; faith, hope, and charity, with the other interior fifts of the Holy Spirit, as well as visible elements.”

The Catholic Church has the fullness of understanding but recognizes that some through no fault of their own are not in the Church but have become Christians.

Jack Van Impe teaches that Jesus as the Son of God is the only saviour of the world. In this effort he lifts up the name of Jesus above all others and joins the Church in bringing people to the Gospel.

Since he is not submitted to the Church, there are errors in some of his teachings and as such Catholics need to be careful watching his program. To people who do not know anything about Jesus as saviour, they can learn about redemption but hopefully they can find Catholic teaching to learn about the fullness of Christianity.

We should be respectful though for he might come to the knowledge of the fullness of Christ found in the Catholic Church.
