Rosary all week for Japan.

Jesus, lead the innocent lives lost in this tragedy to heaven.

Holy Queen, turn thin eyes of mercy towards Japan.

St. Jude, intercessor before God, pray for Japan in their desperation.

I dont understand why they would feel this way on other forums. the Japanese are some of the kindest, sweetest, most caring people out there.

The workers in the Fukushima Dai-ichi plant are true global hero’s. I am praying for everyone in Japan, particularly some aquaitnences I have from my college days. What happened there has truely humbled all of humanity.

Sadly, I know what you are talking about. I’ve posted on those forums before. You are right, Catholics seem much more merciful.

Continuing to pray for all in Japan and all involved in the rescue and restoration efforts. May God soften our hearts and call us to be merciful, as He is truly merciful to us. Let our mercy be our witness.

I would shudder to think such a thing, because if they deserved it then that means we all really really deserve the same… Not that I enterly doubt we might… So if that’s the case, then its time to look in the mirror and clean up that persons act real fast =(

The insensitivity of such a pole in the wake of Japan’s disaster is beyond words. I was going to post my thoughts on that thread, but I need to cool down a bit and pray first–actually I need to pray a lot first.

Makes me so sad, the scale of destruction in Japan is so massive it’s truely humbling. Even more so when we realize how well prepared they were for this, parhaps better prepared than most places here in the states.

I have at least 3 aquaintences from college who are there. I pray for them and their families nightly, as well as the nuclear power plant employee’s heroically trying to stop the meltdown. I pray not futualy.

I looked at this website today and I thought how insensitive!!! We need to be praying for each other instead of judging

We need to be praying for these victims…not taking a poll (like that other website) determining whose going to heaven and who isn’t. We are not to judge…that’s God’s job.
 
There has just been a 7.4 magnitude aftershock in Japan, with another Tsunami warning. Please pray for the Island nation.

I caught that on the news, the Tsunami warning is cancelled. But what a mess they have going all at once.

From the 1st Tsunami the estimate is 1500 are lost at sea from being washed out.
