I just want to let you know that you have to be very careful with hospice. My mother and grandmother and aunt are nurses and deal with this kind of thing all the time. What they do with hospice is slowly kill them with drugs and lie to the family and say that they are dying. They are heartless and don’t want to have to take care of them. They have the mentality that if a person is not being productive (which, needless to say, they are not if they are lying in bed all the time) then they don’t have any need to be here on earth so they kill them. It’s known as “mercy killing”. It’s so important that you make sure the woman who is on hospice is being properly cared for. I highly suggest to mention this to her family. The doctors dealing with hospice patients are very heartless. One popular thing they do is put the patient on morphine-drip, which they say is for pain, but what it does it makes the patient look like he or she is very sick and so they trick the family into thinking their loved one is dying. Then they can kill them by starving or dehydrating them to death. The poor patient suffers so much and the family doesn’t even realize what is going on. To the hospice doctors and nurses, death means money and nothing else. They have no regard for human life and dignity. The family can stop this if they are careful and question everything.
