Jeffrey Anderson Pulls Sex-Abuse Suit against Pope, Top Vatican Officials

Anderson, who frequently promotes lawsuits against the Church, had alleged that the Pope as Cardinal Ratzinger and officials then under him had prevented internal punishment against a sex-abusing priest. This suit had acted to shift blame in the public mind for such incidents of sex abuse onto the Vatican and Pope Benedict. Anderson was forced to drop this suit after being forced into the impossible position of making conflicting claims at the same time to the court.

What does “internal punishment” have to do with anything? When a public school teacher is accused the school doesn’t “punish” the teacher - the legal system (not to be confused with a “justice system”) places them on trial and punishes them if found guilty.

Firstly, let me state that I believe that all cases of clerical sexual abuse of minors should be handed over to the legal court authorities, and that due process be accorded the accused.

However, Jeffrey Andersdon is one of the most disingenuous, unsavory characters to emerge on the legal scene in quite some time. His methodology is twisted by pure malevolence, greed, and irresponsibility. There is something revolting about this man; something dark…hidden. He exudes a vile quality that betrays a rotten nature. There is just something unholy about this man.

It would not surprise me at all if Anderson in the very near future implodes, or is exposed as being a character of great duplicity. Somehow, my instinct tells me that this evil little man is going to meet his own scandalous ruin, in some form or fashion.
