Well, since he didn’t know anything, presented our beliefs inaccurately and had fake credentials (and lied a lot, too,) I suppose that pointing these things out would be a valid method of defending ourselves.
However, if you can consider that the man who thinks
THIS of Roman Catholicism, MUST be right about Mormonism, ask yourself something:
If the man is right about Mormonism, why isn’t he right about Catholicism? Is his level of scholarship different? What would make it so?
Or…do you think he’s right about Mormonism (and perhaps the Jehovah’s Witnesses) because you don’t like Mormonism and the Jehovah’s Witnesses either, so anybody who speaks against them MUST be correct–even if he’s all wet about Catholicism?
Just how logical is that? You like what he says about Mormonism because his words scratch your itching ears? Don’t you think that a MORMON would know her own beliefs better than a guy with a penchant for making money attacking other faiths?
Sorry…his credibility is in the toilet, and so is his scholarship.
