I’m so sorry you took my post here as intended to only cut a small part of what you’ve posted and in this way to misrepresent you and your interests. I must have misread the post I placed here to be a request on your part as to the costs for various Catholic services. I didn’t find it answered adequately on the Welcome thread where it was originally posted, and I happen to know that very few of us get over to that thread, so the likelihood that it would be answered was low.
Also, because they keep changing the number of posts one can see when looking at “My Posts”, I lost track of this thread. I’m sorry it took me so long to see what has happened here. It was only your PM that helped me to see where you’re coming from.
Please accept my apology for having you feel abused by anything I’ve done.
In my post, originally on another thread, regarding my visit with JW’s, I wasn’t intending to disrespect the visitors to my home. I just thought the timing that I happened to be reading scripture, when I’ve heard that they would expect a Catholic to be ignorant of scripture interesting.

I know I said I was going to post more, I hope this covers it. First, I hope you can believe that I meant no offense.
I feel dense now, as I misunderstood your post regarding my trying going from door to door. I didn’t even see the anger you now acknowledge was in it. I thought you were suggesting that rather than waiting for those who take the effort to go spread the word that I should follow their example. I didn’t take it as a defense for those who were doing so.
We even exchanged a couple of PM’s which I felt were civil, perhaps even friendly, which led me to have curiosity as to what brought you here and what questions you’ve been seeking to have answered.
It was to this end only that I posted your questions that opened this thread. Simply to see that your questions be answered. And if you note, I sought to answer your questions as directly as I could, sticking, I thought, to the specifics of what you wanted. Am I pleased with the Catholic approach, Heck ya. I like being Catholic. But this shouldn’t come as a surprise to you, nor is it meant to be an attack on either you or your religious beliefs. This is a Catholic Forum, a place where I feel free to sing to the rooftops that I like being Catholic.
I’m sorry that my rejoicing came across as triumphalistic. It was not my intent. I just get excited some times when I stop and think of all that the Church has given me.
