Today the Jesuits met in Rome for the 35th General Congregation of the Order. The Society will elect a new Father General and will draft numerous documents on issues pertaining to the Society. I think this is a pivotal moment for the Jesuits, so I ask you to pray for the Order and for the Spirit to be with them through this process.
 
O Lord, I ask that You send Your Spirit upon the Jesuits, as they meet in Rome. Guide their actions, Lord, that they may do Your will. In Jesus name we pray.

Dear Lord Jesus, through the intercession of St. Ignatius of Loyola, we ask You to be with the Jesuits during the 35th Congregation. Please open their minds and hearts so that they will draw closer to You.
