from the Novena to the Divine Mercy given to st. Faustina:
Fifth Day (Tuesday)
"Today bring to Me the Souls of those who have separated themselves from My Church,

and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. During My bitter Passion they tore at My Body and Heart, that is, My Church. As they return to unity with the Church My wounds heal and in this way they alleviate My Passion."

That doesnt sound like the Jesus in the gospels. The style is a bit different. Like there is too much emphasis on the self. The “me” and “my” “my” “my”.

That is the whole point of serving God. A Christian wouldn’t deny he is a servant of Jesus.

“I no longer live for myself, but I live for Jesus Christ.”

I pray for unity daily.

Sounds more like Roman propaganda than actual revaltion to me…like those…“revalations” from…what’s her name…Vassula Ryden?
LOL - even the Vatican can’t explain away the heresies in THOSE “revalations”

what kind of propaganda other than praying “for them to be one”?

Well, for one thing, the so-called ‘revelations’ of Vassula Ryden have been condemned by both the diocese in which she lives as well as by the Vatican, so there is no need for them to explain anything. Secondly, the revelations of the Lord to Saint Faustina are in keeping with Catholic teaching and have been accepted by the Church. In fact, Divine Mercy Sunday was instituted on the Sunday immediately following Easter Sunday which has come directly from St. Faustina’s writings, and is now celebrated throughout the entire universal Church.

The Bible says Jesus has 7 Churches.

Revelation 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

We are not talking about any Vassula. We are talking about Jesus’ message given to st. Faustina. It was accepted by the Vatican and is a part of a teaching of the CC. It looks like you are trying to accuse the pope of a gigantic lie. Probalby, in your opinon, liars were also thousands of people who saw the miracle in Fatima or saints who received supernatural gifts like padre Pio or Marthe Robin… I feel sorry for you because you reject facts. God bless.

.
The word that we should use nowadays instead of the “church” is “parish”. That’s what St. John the Evangelist meant. Those “churches” were not divided like Christian denominations today, they were not preaching something different. In the end of the first century when St. John was writing down the Apocalipse there were much more than seven Christian “parishes” in the world:) Those 7 were in Asia Minor. What we should remember about the amount of churches is that Jesus founded one only, he doesn’t need any extra ones.

And none reported to Rome!!!
