Jesus' Briss and Barmitzvah?

Jesus was circumcised (briss) by Simeon when Mary and Joseph presented Him at the sinagogue. But did He have his barmitzvah too? I don’t know if it was customary in His time, but I have to wonder if when He was lost in the Temple He was there for His barmitzvah, as He was approximately of age and was teaching the congregation.

Can anyone shed more light on this subject?

I don’t have a source for this, but I recall reading that the Bar Mitzvah is a later addition to the Jewish religion.

Note that the Jewish religion was greatly changed by the destruction of the Temple. It had been the center of their religious practices.

Incidentally, the Bible doesn’t say the Simeon performed the circumcision, only that he was present.
