Throughout the Biblie there is evidence that suggests that Jesus was the God of Abraham before coming to Earth and taking human form in order to save humankind from sin and so that they could have entrance to heaven. Many people confuse the God of Abraham to be God the Father but that is also found false. In continuation, I will further proof what i claim:

6 I am the God of your father[c]—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.

Exodus 3:3-6

*13 “From eternity to eternity **I am **God.
No one can snatch anyone out of my hand.
No one can undo what I have done.”

The Lord’s Promise of Victory

14 This is what the Lord says—your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:*

Isaiah 43:13-14

20 “The Redeemer will come to Jerusalem
to buy back those in Israel
who have turned from their sins,”

says the Lord.**

Isaiah 59:20
  • 9 O Zion, messenger of good news,
    shout from the mountaintops!
    Shout it louder, O Jerusalem.**
Shout, and do not be afraid.
    Tell the towns of Judah,
    “Your God is coming!”***
10 Yes, the Sovereign Lord is coming in power.
He will rule with a powerful arm.
See, he brings his reward with him as he comes
Isaiah 40:9-10

the Holy One of Israel, your Savior./*I]

and crush all his enemies.

Isaiah 42:13

8 He said, “They are my very own people.
Surely they will not betray me again.”
And he became their Savior./COLOR]

Isaiah 63:8
  • 9 In that day the people will proclaim,
    “This is our God!
We trusted in him, and he saved us!*
This is the Lord, in whom we trusted.
Let us rejoice in the salvation he brings!”
Isaiah 25:9

4 “Listen, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord alone.[a

6 For a child is born to us,
a son is given to us.
The government will rest on his shoulders.
And he will be called:
Wonderful Counselor,[d] Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace

All this has been the Word of God.

Umm - the whole point of the doctrine of the Trinity is that the Three Persons are One God. So the God of Abraham is God the Father - and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

You’re not disputing this, are you?

The Second Person of the Trinity exists eternally. The man Jesus took flesh and entered time in the Incarnation.

OT theophanies (the three visitors at Mamre, for example, and the Being who wrestled with Jacob, and maybe Melchizedek) are fascinating glimpses - probably cound not have been conceived of as encounters with God until after the Incarnation.

I agree but I’m not talking about the Trinity. I’m talking about the second person of the Trinity as you mentioned and who its identity is. What I’m trying to say is that Jesus is the one in charge of the salvation of human kind. That is why he was the God of Abraham. The one speaking to him was Jesus before the incarnation occured. But Yaweh, was specifically Jesus.
