We know Mary was sinless because Jesus established one Church with His authority behind it and the Holy Spirit guiding the Church to truth and it gives us the correct interpretation of Scripture which it guarded throughout the ages, and gave us the canon, that’s why you don’t have 26 inspired books nor 28 but 27 New Testament books, God allowed the Catholic Church to
recognize the correct inspired books.
And if you are insinuating by using the word “adore” that we Catholics worship Mary or statues then you are wrong again and using a straw man argument and is frankly out of ignorance that you say such a crazy thing. We only give adoration to God the Trinity; another theological term you wouldn’t know if it wasn’t the council of Nicea in 325 creating the Greek word “homoosius” which means “of the same substance” and also the Latin word Triunitos (Trinity) so that you and I would better understand the Godhead.
And perhaps you haven’t read your bible enough for Moses, King David and his son Solomon all created statues that were commanded by God…
"During a plague of serpents sent to punish the Israelites during the exodus, God told Moses to “make [a statue of] a fiery serpent, and set it on a pole; and every one who is bitten, when he sees it shall live.
So Moses made a bronze serpent, and set it on a pole; and if a serpent bit any man, he would look at the bronze serpent and live” (Num. 21:8–9). When the time came to build the Temple in Jerusalem, God inspired David’s plans for it, which included “
his plan for the golden chariot of the cherubim that spread their wings and covered the ark of the covenant of the Lord. All this he made clear by the writing from the hand of the Lord concerning it, all the work to be done according to the plan” (1 Chr. 28:18–19).
In obedience to this divinely inspired plan, **Solomon built two gigantic, golden statues of cherubim: **“In the most holy place he made two cherubim of wood and overlaid them with gold. The wings of the cherubim together extended twenty cubits: one wing of the one, of five cubits, touched the wall of the house, and its other wing, of five cubits, touched the wing of the other cherub; and of this cherub, one wing, of five cubits, touched the wall of the house, and the other wing, also of five cubits, was joined to the wing of the first cherub.
The wings of these cherubim extended twenty cubits; the cherubim stood on their feet, facing the nave. And he made the veil of blue and purple and crimson fabrics and fine linen, and worked cherubim on it” (2 Chr. 3:10–14)."

So, before accusing Catholics of worshiping Mary or statues, you perhaps may want to read and study your bible first next time.
Why don’t YOU test all things, theologically or perhaps logically?
Think about this…would an infallible Holy Spirit confuse so many differing Protestants?
Would the Holy Spirit guide some to “once saved always saved” and others to “loose their salvation”
Or perhaps worship ONLY on Saturday?
Or perhaps have women in the pastorate?
Others condemn women as pastors.
Or padeo baptism for some but not for others?
Or sacraments for some but not for others?
Or the rapture for some and not for others?
Or pretribulation for some?
Or post tribulation for others?
Or amillenialism for others?
Or 1,2,3 raptures for some and not for others?
Or the non use of instruments in worship for some but the use for others?
Or not allowing men to be elders or deacons because of a past divorce?
All of these differing “doctrines” or authoritative decisions are part of Protestantism and yet you so faciley tell us Catholics to listen to the Holy Spirit?
We do listen to the Holy Spirit for He guides His Church, that’s why we listen to the Catholic Church.
Perhaps you need to read 1 Tim 3:15…
"But if I should be delayed, you should know how to behave in the household of God,
which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of truth."
**The pillar and foundation of truth is the Church which correctly interprets Scripture. **
You need to listen to the Church Jesus established and a bit of good salvific history would certainly help clear up your misconceptions you have about Catholicism
