Jesus is really alive and present whenever we go. No matter how much we sin, no matter how many times we turn our backs to Jesus, we are still alive. I myself can see my sins as the sands near the ocean but I am still alive: I am still breathing, my blood still flows through my veins, and my heart keeps beating. I thank Jesus for this blessing! If you can relate to this post, feel free to share your thoughts. 🙂

‘God fashioned Adam from the dust on the ground and breathed life into him.’

Jesus said in the Bible: ‘My Father is still working, and so am I.’

Basically: every good thing received has come deliberately to each person as a gift from God.

So easy to take even the smallest thing for granted:

Food, clothing, home, family, being alive, health, career, good weather, education to read and write, electricity, heating, lighting, modern transport, democracy, freedom to vote, nearby accessibility of the Sacraments, freedom of choice of religion, (many were martyred in history for the choice of choosing Christ), a kind word from someone during the day, etc

Our ancestors 300 years ago lived a very different lifestyle. And the life expectancy in much places of the world was sometimes age 0 to 28.

The Psalms say: ‘God inhabits the praise of His people.’
God comes to the person who has gratitude,
