Well I know someone born blind who was full of joy. Where was God? Well he was there doing what He could to convert the hearts of all evil doers to His love. If we would all obey His rules there would be no suffering. Do you obey His rules or are you part of the problem?
 
Do you know someone who had family members gassed in Auschwitz? You responded to one case in my post…
 
The world is broken, separated from God. Why is there pain on Earth? The same reason Hell is torturous: God is not present. He is sometimes here on Earth, and that’s where long-lasting happiness and beauty comes from. But, the world is still of sin, broken from God. We, broken beings, are imperfect by nature.
 
But that’s precisely my point… why do atheists care at all about a god they don’t believe exists? I spend exactly zero time considering a spirituality or ideology I don’t subscribe to. I’m not against learning about them if I’m curious, I just have no need to expend the energy to argue, especially once I’m convinced. So, what’s up with the atheistic apparent internal conflict? “I don’t believe in God yet I must obsess over him.”

A watchmaker can fix a broken watch, he doesn’t conclude the watch is fallen and away from its creator. He doesn’t send his son to get nailed on the cross so that the watch can believe in redemption. He FIXES THE WATCH.

Are you telling me God can’t fix this World right now? And don’t say he’s lost hope because you claim he sent his son to die for us.

Are you telling me I can fix a broken lamp but God can’t fix this?
 
Same reason you debate people who have a different political ideology or even like different foods. It’s not rocket science
 
Yes, I’m sure they felt pure joy when the gas ended their lives.
 
Sending Jesus for our redemption is part of fixing it! It’s like taking the back off, so the brokenness is exposed and each part can be repaired. Jesus’s Second Coming will be how the watch is fully repaired.
 
I don’t exactly claim that. I claim there’s no evidence to believe he does, hence I de facto dont believe he exists

You know you don’t have to go back to the second world war to see inhumane treatment. Look at all the babies that are slaughtered before they are born.
 
Careful. He won’t agree that they’re babies, and that comparison will get you nowhere.
