I understand that the Resurrection of Christ is the very act that saved our souls.
Could it be explained how?

Also, could it be explained towards the purpose of good Friday?

No. It is the death of Christ that saved our souls. Catechism 101.
  1. Adam & Eve sinned against God.
  2. God is infinite.
  3. Sins offend against God infinitely
  4. Man is finite.
  5. God becoming Man means that Man can make infinate reparation to God.
  6. God’s passion and crucifixion is what it takes to keep us from Hell.
  7. God took victory away from death and reunites us with the whole Trinity.
Matthew 25:
[34] Then shall the king say to them that shall be on his right hand: Come, ye blessed of my Father, possess you the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. [35] For I was hungry, and you gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me to drink; I was a stranger, and you took me in:

[36] Naked, and you covered me: sick, and you visited me: I was in prison, and you came to me. [37] Then shall the just answer him, saying: Lord, when did we see thee hungry, and fed thee; thirsty, and gave thee drink? [38] And when did we see thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and covered thee? [39] Or when did we see thee sick or in prison, and came to thee? [40] And the king answering, shall say to them: Amen I say to you, as long as you did it to one of these my least brethren, you did it to me. [41] Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels.

We were meant for Heaven, only the devils were meant for Hell.

No. It is the death of Christ that saved our souls. Catechism 101.
His death was only one part. Christ’s rising from the dead is what was miraculous! He beat death! Through Christ, we can also beat death.

I believe in God,
the Father almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended into hell;
on the third day he rose again from the dead;
he ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty;
from there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting. Amen.

The resurrection implies that we shall have a resurrected body and have a physical body in Heaven.

As others have said. We are in a state of sin and death, Christ redeemed us by dying, and through His resurrection He will resurrect us all on the last day.
