Jesus is calling you today, right now ,to be a Saint. How will you answer that call?
Yes you are right Jesus has always told us to be as He is.
I have always wanted Jesus to make me what He wishes. I knew very well that this meens change of heart and soul for me.
It means throwing away my ways ans allowing Jesus and the Holy Spirit the full rights to do with me what the want.
For me I have had a problem with trusting my wife with her desire to smoke even though there was not the money for them.
Still I needed to follow Jesus in the form of 1Corinth 13.
Love is patient …long suffering, gental, enduring, tolerant, uncomplaining. sorene and unwearied.
Love is kind, it assists, aids, lends a hand and facilitates
Love trusts, has faith, believes and hopes. well I asked for it and I lacked these in the truest sence. you see I don’t read let alone take these words and look in the dictionary to gain true meaning, so when I tried to give true meaning to each word I had a childs understanding. So I needed help, and I got it.
You know I was in the shed and all of a sudden I walked ( not I) into our house pulled out my bank card and gave it to my wife and said here you look after the finance. I say “not I”, no, it wasn’t me it was the Holy Spirit. This has been one of the best times of my life. “Trust” yes I have gained it, “Kind” yes I now understand it more fully.
By giving the card to my wife I stood back and thought of what had happened and I found that I was free, and my wife is much better than I at finance I was moaning and after seeing the fullfilment in she doing the groceries paying the accounts she smiled and I saw a beautiful happy wife. Wow.
" Patient" uncomplaining about smoking i’ll get there, I want to I have only touched the first three verbs so fare and with these I have also to reade Galatians 5:22 and James 3:15 21.
When I can master these I will be on the way to wher I wish to be.
Jesus put me througha sevier situation that changed my whole thought pattern some what as He did to Paul some might say. He allowed a very bad situation to fall on me and it had a crushing effect on my thought patterns, by making me look at what I thought was Love.
Yes Jesus says to be a Saint, big or little either way I wish to Love. Lord most Holy Spirit of the living God keep on changing me I pray. Most Holy mother of mine and of Jesus bless me pray for me.
