That has got to be staged!

LORD help us if it’s not!

Why did you post that?
I would have rather not of even heard of it. 😦

Actually, it should be a wake up call to how badly educated and gullible we Americans are and how much we need religion in our lives. It is both hilarious and sad, the we have fell so far. So, change the world, one little bit at a time. Teach and reach. Peace.

P. S. Too much u tube and not enough udo.

Sheesh, everyone knows that it was Squeaky Fromme who shot Him…

Or maybe it was Colonel Mustard, with a Candlestick, in the Study…:I forget …shrug:

Well. First of all, what it shows is that people aren’t accustomed to talking in front of cameras, and when given the opportunity they’re likely to give their opinion regardless of the context. Also, it seems almost like a trick question–which is bound to get people confused.

If someone were to ask me that question, I’d probably play along with it. 😛

It was like they took some factoids, put them in a martini shaker and poured them out. How do they make this stuff up?

This sickens me. I feel as if the guy doesn’t realize who he is talking about but if he does this is a bad joke. He is making a mockery out of God’s only begotten Son, our Savior.

Maybe I take my Roman Catholic faith too seriously but I don’t think so. If someone were to ask me that question I would probably really try to keep calm and say that even though we have freedom of speech in our country that I do NOT appreciate them making a mockery of Our Lord and Savior or something to that effect. Then I would smile and walk away and say the Rosary.

As for the first question, I think people were just giving their trained response to the gun control part and didn’t even pick up on the Oswald-Jesus thing. Someone should try asking, “Do you believe in the Big Bang or do you think the world was created in eleven days as the Bible says?” I bet a lot of Christians would stick u for the Biblical 11 days.

Well, when the majority of young Americans can not tell you who the vice president is or that “Obama Phones” are a gift from the President himself and not coming from the taxpayers paycheck and that History or Social Studies are not being taught in the schools, let alone (gasp!!) religion, ethics or morals…then nothing surprises me. Ask 99.9% of most college students to name or recite the Ten Commandments or the Gettysberg’s address and you will know what I mean. To this day I blame poor teachers for my poor spelling. Even in college my spelling was so bad my Eng. professor said he was gonna tell the Pope. BTW, the VP is Biden.

Poor teachers
Poor schools
Poor students
Poor America.
Just my opinion and not an overall condemnation of teachers or schools.

7 days according to my Bible…but it could have been a misprint by Guttenburg!!!LOL!!! Yes, we are like Pavlove’s puppies! How do you like my spelling?

Yeah. I really have to wonder about this. I mean was it a set-up? Were people just nervous and not thinking things through? Did he have to interview 200 people to get these ones? Were some just playing along waiting for the punchline? I don’t know. It just made me feel really bad when I fist saw it.

I thought of some of those scenarios myself. However, the question about when Jesus was born was pretty straightforward-or when he died (I can’t remember how the question was posed). It shocked me when people answered the 1300’s. I felt bad too. The dumbing down of America.

There’s definitely a dumbing-down element. This is of a piece with similar videos wherein people have agreed that the First Amendment should be eliminated because it’s “interfering with President Obama’s agenda.”

Some night TV comic asked a similar question and was answered, “the 1800s.”

He followed with a made-up Old West newspaper headline about HIS Birth.

But that case just **had **to be staged, and I imagine this one was, too.

I don’t share your optimism. I think there are people out there who just don’t have a lot of smarts!
