All the audio sancto sermons are excellent. A friend gave me hundreds of them on CD several years ago and I listen to them almost daily. I would recommend them to everyone.

The priests are well training in Thomistic theology and philosophy(which St. Pius X said was the antidote to modernism), and it really comes through in their sermons. Their metaphisics is also excellent which enables to think clearly and precisely, thereby cutting through much ambiguity and confusion found in modern thought. They are also unafraid to tell the truth. I could not be more impressed with these wonderful Priests. They really encourage and push people to live a deeply spiritual and holy life.

The sermon I listened to yesterday dealt with overcoming our particular fault We each have a particular, or primary, fault that we have to overcome . They gave excellent practical advise for discovering our particular fault and for overcoming it. Again, these Priests are some of the best.

May God, in his mercy, grant the Church more Priests like these. I think I heard that this Church has over 1200 families - not bad for Priests who don’t comprimise one bit. How many Priest with a dwindling flock think that the solution is to widen the path and compromise on Church teaching, so as not to offend anyone? This may attract the luke-warm Catholics - those who want to remain in the Church without accepting what it teaches or giving up their sins - but it will cause the good to flee in search of a Priest who will tell them the truth. That’s why the auio sancto Church has 1200 + families.
 
Do you have the name of that sermon you listened to? I could search on their site. I love that site! Everything I’ve listened to has been worth the time. I’d love to burn some on CD myself, have to get a new power supply for my CD burner! Eventually.

I’ll check these. I was in a Protestant church before coming back to Catholicism and I remember sermons that would move people and you’d hear people say, “Good preaching!”… I’d say that to Audio Sancto. They get to the heart of the matter.
