we used to belong to the JCC for swimming lessons, day care center, art & music lessons and other activities, it was social, not religious. This was the more liberal JCC, there was another one reserved exclusively for orthodox Jews. I can’t imagine if it is a social thing that there is any problem. Any more than joining the YMCA for gymnastics or other activities makes you a Christian.
