Can a catholic attend the wedding of 2 non-jews if one of them formally defected from the catholic church and has been practicing judaism?

If anyone can also say what they are basing the answer on as I need to be absolutely sure of its accuracy. not to question your credentials. Also if anyone knows of a bishop that can give an e-mail answer.

thank you

ooooppsss I meant can a catholic attend the wedding of 2 non-catholics if…

There is nothing in Canon Law or Church teaching that prohibits attending a wedding of non-Catholics.

If a person formally defected, then they are no longer bound by Church law. Therefore, you would not be complicit in witnessing an invaild marriage.
