If the employer is flying 7 people to their HQ for final-round interviews, how many do you think they will typically hire? Thank you.
Oh no, a math word problem! If the employer is flying 7 people to their HQ for final-round interviews, how many do you think they will typically hire? Thank you.

I have no idea. What is their hiring policy? how do they usually do it for this position? how many positions are open? what level is the position? are these recent college grads, experienced professionals? If the employer is flying 7 people to their HQ for final-round interviews, how many do you think they will typically hire? Thank you.
No, it’s the same position for multiple people in the same program. Think of it as a class.so they are not hiring to fill one position but selecting candidates for a team? your two posts seem to contradict.
+1, and leave the best impression you can, even if they pick someone else. Things change, candidates change mind, people resign, new openings are made.Assuming that you (or someone close to you) is one of those seven candidates, don’t forget that being on the final phase of such a recruitment is per se a great compliment. Probably, any of the seven would do a great job. My advice is: go there with no expectations, with no other desire than to accomplish God’s will, and… enjoy the flight!

Ask!Just got another tidbit of information. It seems like they’re putting summer interns (those invited back to interview) and new candidates in the same interview pool. If this is true, the odds might be somewhat better.
