Job offers, which to take?

My SIL has received a job offer. The problems are that the
salary is way less than what he had been getting. There are
supposed to be bonuses for good work, and he is a very hard
dedicated worker. He needs to find out what the benefits are
as well. It’s very hard for them right now because it has been
several months now without a job.
To make it even more difficult, he is also being interviewed for
another job that has just become available (He has been highly
recommended by someone and the man himself is going to be
doing the interview.)
Please pray that he makes the right decision.

I had simular situation and he is in my prayers.

Jesus,

Multiplier of all that is good!!! How good you have been to this soul, but help in clarifying what you would want him to do. Make it obvious to him so that there is really no decision to make. Emphasize those advantages that are beneficial to our Church, through the maintaining and building up of families. Keep him strong while he makes this decision because the enemy is tempting to the values of this world. We ask the greatest good for this man as he seeks a job.

his new position on Jan.8th.
