John 21:15-17 (Level of "LOVE" )

In Jn 21:15-17 Jesus asked Peter " Do you LOVE m" 3 times and Peter replied accordingly.

I once heard from a Biblical Scholar that the English word “Love” in thies passages do mean differently.

v. 21:15 Jesus asks for “**Agape **”
Petr is prepared to give “Phileo”

v. 21:16 Jesus asks for “**Agape **”
Petr is prepared to give “Phileo”

v. 21:1 Jesus asks for “Phileo”
Petr is prepared to give “Phileo”

AGAPE,
The highest form of these types of love is agape. Agape love is an unselfish committed love. It loves when all other types of love quit, and cares when there is no apparent reason to care. Agape is not an unconditional love but a conditional committed love.
(e.g. Matt 5:44-45 - The Unconditional Love of God.
44: But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
45: so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; *for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. *

PHILEO,
Phileo love is the kind of love that makes agape love enjoyable. Phileo love is having tender affection toward your mate. Most friendships are built on phileo love. Phileo love is that “something” that you see in another person that draws you to be their friend. It’s one thing to unselfishly commit yourself to love (agape) someone who you do not like to be around because they irritate you. It’s quite another thing to unselfishly commit yourself to love someone who is tenderly affectionate (phileo) toward

a) Can someone with Latin knowledge confirm my understanding?
bj) Can someone who understands koaine Greek see if the Original texts speaks of the "Different types of LOVE?
