How many times does our Lord proclaim himself as the Bread Of Life? I heard someone once gave a number and I was wonding if any knew what it was.

Thanks and God bless

I believe in John 6, he proclaimed it 4 times. Even after the fourth time, many found the teaching too hard to take and left (John 6:66)

John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
John 6:48 I am that bread of life.

Joh 6:35
I am. Joh 21:25,25; 1Co 10:16-18; 11:23-29
he that cometh. Joh 21:25,25,25; 5:40; 7:37; Isa 55:1-3; Mt 11:28; Re 22:17
never hunger. Joh 4:13; 7:38; Isa 49:10; Lu 6:25; Re 7:16
John 4:10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
John 4:11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?
John 7:38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

The exact phrase “I am the bread of life,” in John 6, is only spoken twice; it is repeated elsewhere though. I guess you are wrong.

It is not difficult to understand; Jesus spoke plainly most of the time, but did speak in parables and “he who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches”. This instruction is in the first 3 chapters of The Revelation of Jesus Christ.
