I really don’t think you’re going to find anything simple about Scotus. And if you do it’s certain to be seriously misleading. Scotus was not called the “Subtle Doctor” for nothing. If you want simplicity you should stick to Aquinas

Richard Cross wrote a good, brief summary of Scotus’s thought called Duns Scotus. I’d say that’s probably about as simple and easy as you’re going to get.
