John might have not witnessed Jesus on the Cross

It cannot be that Jesus uttered a senteces on the Cross and others would have forgotten to record it. If Jesus would have given Mary in charge of John for care in his absence; every body present must have remembered it. These were perhaps last words of Jesus on the Cross; if those who were present could afford to neglect it, then one may ask then, what was the purpose of their presence there. Was it just a scene to enjoy with? Impossible, in my opinion.

If as our Catholic friends believe Catholic-god-Jesus was to come alive as soon he was dead on the Cross; logically he needed not to put Mary in anybody’s care. He would be himself there to take care of her. He could have even earlier sent Mary to heavens; if he was so much worried about her.

This also shows that Jesus did not died on Cross and he went alongwith Mary to India where he died a natural and peaceful death, as also his mother Mary.

I love Jesus and John the Baptist; both born naturally and normally of their mothers; they both were equally Word of God, and of course Adam might be a Word of God also. This is what is described to be Word became flesh; all three persons mentioned above were Words became flesh, in my opinion.

Sorry, but for us the Quaran has no authority where it departs from what is said in Christian Scripture or tradition.

My Catholic friends don’t have to believe in what I write here; I am just a man in the street, doing research for truth for my own salvation. If it is injurious to you faith and is not truth; you are under no compulsion to believe it , in my opinion.

I think John did not witness Jesus on the Cross.

Have you actually read the Gospel according to St. John? If you had, you would knot that St. John saw Jesus on the Cross.

I hope you love the Coranic “Jesus” and “Mary” enough to enjoy spending eternity in hell with them, because they are demons.
 
I think John saw Paarsurrey on the Cross, because “I and Jesus are one” 😃

I’ve heard pretty much every argument you can think of against the events presented in the Gospels, and this one which Paar is presenting is nothing new. It all boils down to ‘can the Gospels be trusted as historically accurate?’ Since most scholars believe so, I believe the Gospels can indeed be trusted. Since John is the one who wrote the Gospel, and he was at the crucifixion, and he had seen Jesus for three years, I believe it is not only rational but logical to say he would have witnessed Jesus, since he would have recognized him on the Cross. The only way he would have mistaken Jesus is if Jesus had a twin brother, or if someone looked exactly like Jesus, but since there is no mention of such a person either within or without the Gospel (indeed, his only existence seems to be in the imagination of those who wish to deny the crucifixion of Jesus), we can reasonably assume no such person existed. So we go back to the Gospels and find that, yes, John would have recognized his Master hanging on the Cross.

You have now OFFICIALLY called John a lier. Why do you persist in doing this? John said he was there IN HIS OWN WORDS and you say he is lying?

Paul didn’t convert until over 50 days after Jesus’ crucifixion (read Acts to read his conversion). So no it wasn’t a clever scheme. It might be your opinion, but it is still wrong.

He officially called himself Jesus in the ‘I and Jesus are one’ thread. Clearly logic is his archenemy. 😃

I don’t believe John ever said those words, in my opinion; it is some other guy writing on his behalf, in my opinion, as expressed by our brother in humanity Ben Masada. Have you not read his posts in this connection? I think you must have read his posts, in my opinion.

What a convenient approach to Biblical exegesis! Simply reject anything written in a long stable text that disagrees with your preconceived opinions.

Jesus did NOT live 123 years

Mary and Jesus did not go to

John was at the croos

Jesus did NOT live at His crucifixion but He did come back in Three days,You can not believe what you read in your book so start reading the Bible and if you do not believe in hell,some day you may…Have a great day and may OUR Lord bless You this is just my opinion
