Catholics worldwide are waiting to meet their next Pope. Let us join in prayer for guidance of the Holy Spirit as the Cardinals are preparing for the most crucial act in the Church; to elect a new Pope.

God our Father, you have sent us your beloved Son to give us life by His own life; incarnation, ministry and paschal mystery. It is to the twelve Apostles upon which you built your Church and guide her by the Holy Spirit for centuries. By the same Holy Spirit guide the Cardinals in their election. Holy Mary the Queen of Angels, be with the Cardinals to help them also in your intercession before the Throne of God. All the Angels and Saints pray also for this intention for the election of our next Pope.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

I join you in this prayer. May the Lord guide us in appointing our new shepherd. A shepherd to watch over our flock and lead us to the Lord. Amen,

Dear Fr John Mary, you may also like to post a prayer request in the Prayer Intentions Forum for guidance of the Holy Spirit as the Cardinals prepare elect a new Pope.
If you wish to do this you may find that more ‘prayer warriors’ become aware of your holy intention.

Thank you Trishie, I am trying to understand more about this wonderful Catholic Answers. I shall look for that Prayer Intentions Forum to meet my Prayer Warriors friends.
