Joined a Presbyterian church under pressure; what now?

I am a Catholic. My husband is Presbyterian. I go to Mass weekly but I have been going to his church as well. About 2 years ago I joined their church under pressure from people in the church, but three days later I told them I made a mistake and was withdrawing my membership. They don’t accept that and have considered me a member ever since. Apparently once you join a Presbyterian (PCA) church they don’t let you quit. Should I just not go with my husband? BTW I did tell my priest in Confession about this and he said just to ignore them and don’t go with my husband very often (like Christmas and Easter).
