Continuous Divine Mercy Novena
for the Extraordinary Jubilee “Year of Mercy”
Instructions for this thread:
Each days Novena Prayer and Chaplet prayers will be posted daily by me.
Go to the last novena prayer post in this thread and read the
days prayer intentions and silently make your own private intentions.
Read & reflect on the “members prayer intentions” posts from the previous couple days.
Read the Daily Novena Intention and Novena prayers (graphic image).
Say a Chaplet of the Divine Mercy on your own or with the provided text and images.
If you don’t have time to say the Chaplet prayers, at least immerse yourself in Christ’s
Passion, particularly in His abandonment at the moment of agony (use provided imagery).
Optional: Post a reply to this thread for a “public” intention to be prayed for during
the next set of days. Please consider using the prayer recipients in the other Prayer
Intention threads for those in serious or dire need of prayers.
You may also post your “new” prayer intention requests here if desired, or create a
normal “new thread” for your prayer intention and mention the intention here also.
Do not repeat the same intention each day as most new members will read
3-5 days back. A repeat prayer intention ever 4-5 days is fine.
Repeat intentions can be more frequent if the prayer recipiant condition
has changed or worsened.
DO NOT use full names in prayer intention for others.
Use first names or generic cousin, friend, sister etc…
DO NOT use CA members names in prayer intentions without their permission.

The Chaplet of The Divine Mercy
Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth; and in Jesus Christ,
His only Son Our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. descended into Hell; the third day
He rose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God,
the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. Amen.
