Judge orders St.Augustine to fly gay pride flags

Wow!!! A lot is wrong with that picture. :eek: Talk about seeing the works of the devil right on your doorstep!! I suppose we aren’t verbal enough about our beliefs in public. Perhaps a flag (as someone else suggested) and a parade that celebrates heterosexual/traditional faith and family values should be promoted. I think that rather than attack the gay pride people, we should promote moral family life. Just imagine a parade where the floats show husbands and wives and their children all holding hands, families kneeling in prayer saying the rosary, parents reading from the bible to their children. 😃 The gays and atheists would really hate to see that! Attacking the gay priders would only serve to stir more anger and give them more attention. We can pray and hope that some of them will turn from their lifestyles through the example of healthy heterosexual families. :gopray2:

I heard him talk about the time the arrested him and put him in jail, but did not realize that they treated him so poorly. That was pure abuse, such procedures would NOT be necessary at all for an elderly priest!! Fr Groeschel in spite of this remains a very compassionate man. I would feel very comfortable going to him for confession.
 
Well I just got back Monday from a 4 day stay in St. Augustine for my 50th B’day and the flags were flying in the breeze.:mad: There were some events taking place last weekend because when we went out to a Jazz Club, there were ALOT of people carrying around little Rainbow Flags. I guess next year we’ll stay there NOT during my birthday week! It made me so mad that they have to hijack my favorite place in the Country! I only live 30 miles away so I had heard about this on the local news but it was too late to change reservations & time off work. It was my daughter’s birthday week too and she was with us at the Jazz Club and some woman tried to pick her up!:mad: :bigyikes: (place BARFING SMILEY here). The rainbow flags are gone now and in honor of Flag Day, American Flags were placed on the Bridge of Lions and along the waterfront:yup: Some people interviewed on the news actually did not know what the Rainbow Flag stands for. Some were angry, disgusted or surprised and others were for it saying things like, live and let live! Oy Vey.KEEP PRAYING.
