Can anyone cut to the chase with this?

Will a judge not have a chance if the only objection the Democrats have about the judge’s record is that he or she is pro life?

What other reasons do the Democrats give?

California Associate Justice Janice Brown is not liked for her views on the New Deal. Both she and Priscilla Owen do tend to believe the courts have abridged property rights.

This whole thing shows what really holds the modern Democrat party together. . abortion. Their talk of moderating their postition on abortion is just that, talk. These women judges, uppity women judges, have strayed from the plantation and the Dems are not going to tolerate it!

I was thinking of this tie to abortion recently. I think that if abortion rights are rescinded, then the Democratic Party will crumble and have to rebuild. It would be the best thing for them really. Otherwise what do they have to look forward to?

Correct. I get Democratic emails. They might accept, if needed, a white Anglo male. But a black female? A hispanic?
Even a white female?

No way. They will filibuster them to the end.

“No more Clarence Thomas’” is the motto.

And has been for the Democratic party for some time.

If there’s a chance of saving one baby from the abortionist’s knife, the Democratic Senators will fight it.

Abortion is their sacrament.

Yes, abortion is their ultimate sacrament, and must be protected at all costs.

Robert Bork stated it somewhat more broadly on the O’Reilly Factor tonight when he said that they really fear any judge who shows any inclination to simply apply the Constitution as written.
