Does anyone know if Julian of Norwhich’s visions are approved? I’ve read much high praise about her and the passages I’ve read from her revelations are very beautiful and seem to my theologically untrained eyes completely orthodox but you never see her visions – in some ways so similar to St. Faustina’s – promoted in the Catholic Church. Also, has the Church ever said anything about the private revelations of one of her contemporaries, Margery of Kent, who seems much more questionable (such as when she refused to submit to her Bishop?
