Skipped last night’s movie when I saw that the last of a three film series(I missed the first two). I will be watching with you this Saturday for A & C Meet Frankenstein though.

I just saw Svengoolie for the first time.
I saw this thread a couple of weeks ago and I didn’t have a clue who Svengoolie was. Then I was watching metv tonight and the movie
Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein and they showed this crazy guy
that looked like he took a magic marker and drew around his eyes and I saw Svengoolie written behind him and a lightbulb went off in my head - Aha! CAF thread. Love Abbott and Costello. How long has Svengoolie been on?

Svengoolie has been on for years. I’m not sure how many. Someone said (on another thread) that this Sven is not the original.

Rick Koz is the second Svengoolie.

When he started his show he billed himself as Son of Svengoolie. Eventually the original Sven Jerry G. Bishop ok’d Koz to use the Svengoolie name.
 
I have never ever heard of the Svengoolie show.
Which city does it originate in?
