Hello everybody,

As some of you know, I’m Protestant but have been looking into the Catholic faith. I googled free catechism recently and came across this one website called askacatholic.com (I hope that this link is okay).

Anyways I signed up to get a free Catechism. It just arrived in the mail today and I figured it would be like a pocket Catechism or something. It was the full second edition of the Catechism as well as receiving that I got a bookmark, some papers and a lot of other great stuff. Low and behold, at the bottom I also received a Holy Rosary with instructions too!

This is such a great ministry and I just had to tell others about it that aren’t Catholic but wanted to learn more about the faith. That’s the least I could do, right? Well I hope you take the time to at least check out the website.

The link to the direct program is askacatholic.com/_WhatsNew/feature_pages/CatechismForProtestantsProgram.cfm . God bless them and all of you as well!

~Curtis

What a wonderful gesture from both the website owner and you. Welcome. 🙂

That’s wonderful Curtis, God bless you for not giving up on seeking him, and welcome.

P.S be sure and have a Catholic bible nearby, because a KJV bible will not have “ALL” of the books in the bible that are referenced from the Catechism. The numbers in each paragraph reference the italics below each page, there you can find biblical references to the teachings as well as many other references. If you need to get a better understanding of a topic look to the side of each paragraph and there you will find another paragraph number it references in the same catechism.

Just look up a topic in the index and begin your journey by following the bold type paragraph number not the page number, if you use the subject index in the back of the Catechism for a quick reference alphabetically.

Peace be with you:thumbsup:
