But the news here is that the federal government is once again in the business of defending religious liberty. Seeing as its a right (and they’re supposed to be unalienable and granted to us by God) this seems like one of the responsibilities that government should take sorta’ seriously. This is a refreshing and tangible step in the defense of religious liberty from the Trump administration. One wonders when the Southern Poverty Law Center will declare the Justice Department a “hate group.”

Do they not already? I was under the impression that their definition of a hate group is any group that they hate.
 
I’m delighted to know that the conscience rights of a Christian has received judicial support in this regard.
It appears that too often the ‘rights’ of some obliterate the conscience rights of others, and in the usual relevant case, Christians.

Please God…rather than crushing this precedent, legitimate issues of conscience will be upheld.
 
There’s also freedom FROM religion, this can be turned around. More so Catholics should remember religious conscience was used against them also 100 years ago or so.
 
Which is why the free market and not government is the best option for everyone.
