My wife is catholic and I am taking RCIA starting Sunday. Will we need to have our marriage blessed by the Priest before I can completely be confirmed in the Church. Just a quick question.

To my knowledge, if a Catholic is married outside the Church without a dispensation it is an invalid marriage and needs to be convalidated. In other words, yes, your marriage needs to be brought into the Church before you can be received into the Church yourself.

Please make an appointment with your pastor. He may require the two of you to meet with him several times, to prepare for the sacrament of matrimony. He might also require you to attend an Engaged Encounter weekend or a Marriage Encounter weekend.
Catholics are required to participate in marriage preparation, because the pastor has the responsibility to ensure both partners have an adequate understanding of marriage.
Catholics are also required to marry in the Church, unless a dispensation is granted by the bishop to marry in a non-Catholic church or location, for good reason.
In the eyes of the Church, you and your wife are not validly married. You cannot be received into the Church into the two of you enter into the sacrament of Matrimony.
If either if you were previously married, please inform the priest immediately.

present the facts of your marriage to the priest who will receive you into the Church and follow his advice. Key question: did your Catholic spouse follow Church law on marriage as she was obliged to do? If you thread title means she did not, then because she did not follow the law that obligated her (not you at that time) the marriage is not valid, and yes you will need convalidation before your confirmation. Talk to the priest, he will want to see both of you.
