I am standing up for what’s right, one should not
sleep in the dining room and have full access to the
washroom and washer/dryer. But this Bully seems
to think he can muscle in b/c he says he keeps the
drug dealers and drunkards out of the place.
I confronted him b/c his uncle and girlfriend knows
about this and I see it as an injustice.
Well yesterday morning we had come to blows. He
bet me and threatened to “break [my] front teeth”
next time. Please pray that that doesn’t happen.
I know I am impetuous sometimes and do things
rashly, but it bothered me all evening the night
before and I acted upon it in the morning, please
pray that cool heads prevail and that I may be
able to make peace with this guy.
 
Praying for your intentions, and for peace and safety, and I hope you find a new and improved living situation immediately!

Prayer offered for everyone involved in this situation. Perhaps no one but you ever prayed for this person, and the trouble he gives you inspires your prayers for him, as he may desperately need prayers.

Jesus, pardon and enlighten us where we fail to love others wisely and respectfully…
Jesus, please open us to receive each other with love, so that we no longer betray God’s Love that re-creates us in each moment of life. Reveal to us our sins against charity, and heal us of fears and prejudices that lead to judgement of others.

How easily even the generous Christian may perhaps reduce others to categories, judging them with unconscious pride and lack of empathy! How carelessly, with convincing appraisal and bias, we dismiss others in their seeming sin, error or foolishness. How often we misjudge them in their difficulties and achievements, and underestimate their intrinsic worth as persons!

Jesus, please forgive us that we presume to deal uncharitably with anyone! Each person is Your own creation lovingly spoken out of Yourself in the private language of love chosen for each alone! No matter how different from one’s own character or journey, the path and meaning of each person is treasured mystery hidden within You!

Let us share in Your love for others, rejoicing in Your image within them whether evident or not. Let us reverence our dissimilarity and their individuality. Let us be respectful and discreet in our helpfulness. Have mercy on our prayer and goodwill for them, so that we may love them with Your Love.

Let Your Spirit fill my heart, mouth and prayer with gifts of Your love and truth for others. Let me be endowment of Your own self, Your sacrament, and our gentle Mother present to them.

I ask this despite my evident failures in loving.
I implore that You will free me wholly into Your love, wisdom, and compassion. I wait humbly in my daily efforts, knowing that in Your mercy You will grant my prayer to love Yourself in me with all strength and being, and to love others through me with Jesus’ love.
 
It sounds to me like you should inform the police instead of asking for prayers on an anonymous internet forum.

For Help in Trials

Most holy apostle St. Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the name of the traitor who delivered your beloved Master into the hands of His enemies has caused you to be forgotten by many. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular (GLam8833), and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you. reporting to the police, I’m not sure
that that is the answer, it might make
him madder at me, and besides, I
don’t know his full name.

Thanx for all your prayers, posted or not,
D, the bully has found a place to live, but
still threatens to knock my front teeth out,
seeing his uncle lives here, he says he
“will come back visiting”.
 
I pray my standing up for what is Just
and Right will be a GOOD testimony to
those affected here in this rooming house.
