JW's! Jesus, to worship, or not?

To make it even better: the truth about Him is an infinite spring of Living Water, so it can never dry up. We can keep on drinking our fill, and getting the occasional insight from our meditations.

Thanks to both of you for your kind comments, but I have merely stood on the shoulders of other former JW’s who have done the heavy lifitng in regards to research. There are alot of good solid sources of information out there if one really wants to research the JW’s. I just happen to know where to look.

I have said this before on this forum, and I think it bears repeating. This best way to debate JW’s is by using their own publications. There is so much that an apologist can use just from past comments from their central authority on doctrinal and historical matters. Sadly, the today’s JW’s don’t even know their own religions past history. Praying for these people is our best ally.
 
If JW’s believe and teach Jesus is NOT God,but the archangel Michael,then how can a spiritual creature (angel) possibility redeem humanity? I thought ONLY God alone can save? So a perfect creature also can save all of humanity? 🤷

The JWs teach that, before he sinned, Adam was a perfect man. True, of course. To redeem the human race, it required only another perfect man to shed his blood. Jesus, the second perfect man, remained sinless, so he met the specs.
They forget that Adam`s sin was committed against an infinite God, requiring an infinite act of atonement by the God-Man.

Many folks out there are tough nuts to crack but it isn’t our job, is it;)

Arbp Fulton J. Sheen said in his book “The Life of Christ” with painting of Christ on the cover by S. Dali. Approx. end of Ch 1 Sheen says essentially: either Jesus Christ is exactly who he says he is: GOD made MAN or he is the biggest knave, charlatan, liar to ever set foot on the planet and he should be utterly rejected and despised.

Sheen, to my way of thinking, did not indicate there was any in between - he is either the GOD-MAN or a fake.

I am very skeptical about groups who are against other groups and the JW’s anti-Catholic push is as worrisome as an anti-Semitic one would be.

Where does the Bible say that the Messiah would be “a god” as Jn 1:1 (NWT) or an Angel as in St. Michael?

so how could the Jews await a Messiah turned into a god turned into a man & turned into angel:eek:

I love the saying: God is NOT the author of CONFUSION!
